Oh hello!

I haven't updated in a looooong time. XD Not that anyone would mind though. ^_^;

Okay so here's the thing. I'm actually done with "The Transformation" after 3 months [lol it took that long?] and now I'm revising the whole thing. I tried reading the whole thing after finishing the last chapter and I realized how much my way of writing it didn't match the plot I had in mind. Okay, seriously. I am not good with words. >__> Oh and by the way, I changed the title to Skein. Sounds better, yeah? I guess. Anyway, I'm actually proud of Skein's plot. I'm just not proud of how I wrote it. GAH. I need to improve a LOT.

Okay, so what's new in Skein?

+ The first four chapters are now in third person POV. It isn't on Leviathan's POV anymore.
+ More details are added. [I realized that was definitely needed x__x]
+ Some minor revisions in the plot.

I'm thinking about putting the Wordpress site down. "The Transformation" was like the draft for "Skein" so yeah. I might take it down or just post a link that redirects the reader to whatever profile I may link it to.

My Fictionpress is dead. I posted Skein there but I think no one's reading it? ^_^; I also made a writing.com account and a booksie account. Seriously, I'm trying to promote Skein as much as possible despite the fact that my writings are suckish sometimes. XD The plot's cool though! I think. OwO;

Oh and yaaaay! I managed to email Marcus Sedgwick earlier today. He is my favorite author of all. *_* it would really mean a lot to me if he replies. GAAAH. * w * I mean come on, isn't the dream of every aspiring writer to have their most favorite authors reply to their fan mails? XD then again, it might be just me. Lol.

Random Updates

Okay, I had been pretty busy lately that's why updates are really coming short. I haven't even started on chapter 19 yet. O_o Anyway, all that I can tell you right now is that it's coming to a close already. ^^ Oh.! and I changed Atheis' character sketch. I felt like his hairstyle was too simple and all while his brothers had wicked hairstyles so yeah, I changed it. Okay so that's all for now. Just thought I'd update. ^^

I'm feeling disappointed right now. Why? coz the total suspense mood I was going for was not really met.

A reader was reading my story and she said she saw the whole suspense thing coming right from the very start. I guess I wasn't able to hide it well. x__x gosh I suck.

Or maybe it was the fact that the names Levi and Leviathan are closely related. IDK. Bottom line is, she saw it coming. Right from the very start. Ohwell... *sighs*

I wonder if anyone else would see it coming? o_o oh gosh. x__x

ANYWAY on a more lighter side, I was supposed to be studying chemistry yesterday but I ended up doing this artwork of a light shounen-ai between Cadens and Levi. >w< href="http://sweetiris.deviantart.com">Ate Lian was actually the very first reader who pointed that out although I've been seeing hints as I make the story. It's not intentional whatsoever, okay.? XD But still. >w<
at least it's a more lighter yaoi than the pic I saw the other day. x__x

Oh.! And the character sketches for Darcel, Atheis and Cadens are done.! and so is the revision of Levi. XD here they are. x3

I'm gonna try to update at least one chapter tonight before I sleep. School's kinda hectic today and... well... it has to come first [well, sort of. But if given a choice, it won't. D<]. Anyway, the latest chapter posted right now in both dA and WordPress is chapter 9. I know the plot's getting a bit out of hand but mind you, I am still in the right state of being. XD all the confusions and twists will boil down on one point. Don't worry. ^^

GAAAH. I haven't done the character designs or sketches for Darcel, Atheis and Cadens. D8 unfortunately school is being a major hindrance right now, so yeah. It's on hold. Another thing that's on hold is the map / design of Wescolfe. I FAIL IN DOING THESE THINGS. XD I am more of a writer than a graphic artist, thank you. XD but I'll still try.

I was reading the description of Asthralle awhile ago. I was like, "okay how on earth does this village look like? O_o"

Character Design updates

okay just for information purposes, Leviathan Sonniellon is the very first character I made. I made him even before I started making the story. lol.



okay, so this is the first official lineart of Leviathan. It was drawn and colored in a very fail manner, you see. Now you know why I used BJD images for them.

Anyway, Leviathan's going through design changes right now. I'm gonna make him look a little less emo and goth. XD

I'm also working on Darcel and Atheis. Apparently I don't have character designs for them yet so yeah.

I'm gonna start working on Cadens soon. Okay I am NOT a good artist and I am really hoping someone would be kind enough to draw my characters better. XD

Anyway, Cadens Orithiah is a sad sad child. I actually pity him. XD [yes, thanks a lot dear author. lol]. I'm trying to make up a perfect facial expression to him but meh. It's a bit of a challenge. xD

Okay.! Hi.! Lol. I'm being a little hyped up right now coz I'm working on this story and... well... I like the way it's going right now. XD This will be the official blogsite of that story called "The Transformation". I will be posting author's notes, updates, random comments and random stuffs related to the plot and /or the characters. ^^ I don't wanna mix it up with the story itself coz it ruins the whole mood of it.
